I'm like, "Blech! Conspicuous consumption makes me sick!"
Other times, I think there is nothing as effective as retail therapy.

    An ex-girlfriend kept trying to break up me and my husband when we were dating. I started stalking her facebook/blog so that I could see what was so great about this girl, that she thought she was better for him than me. We've been married two years, and I still secretly read her blog- now now because I think she's pretty interesting.
