i have dandruff. really really bad dandruff* and i'm too cheap to go buy head and shoulders cause i get free shampoo from forest at nuskin.

how recent is it? it could be because of the free nuskin shampoo! I have found that some shampoos (particularly those with citrus) irritate my scalp really badly.
